India's office market recorded its strongest year ever in 2025 — gross leasing of 83.3 million sq ft, with global capability centres alone absorbing over 31 million sq ft, close to 38% of all activity. Nearly 200 new GCCs entered India in the past two years, and the total GCC footprint is projected to surpass 350 million sq ft within three to four years. Vacancy across the top cities has fallen to a five-year low.
